Origin
During COVID, Brett VanderKamp watched families gather around Pinwheels. Simple food. A high-top. A reason to stay a minute.
That picture stuck. A kitchen of our own felt like the honest next step. Not a bigger menu. A better swirl.
The name is the food. It is also a nod to the windmill. Simple. Familiar. Always turning.
A Pinwheel is simple: fresh dough, cheese, pepperoni, rolled up and baked into a golden spiral. Signature sauces are served on the side for dipping or loaded on top.
Start with the classic. Then wander. Hot honey. Dill pickle and bacon. Pesto. Buffalo. Cinna-Wheels if you came for dessert and stayed for caramel.
Grab a full order, grab a half, or grab a combo. Share them, or don't.
We built this for takeout. Hot food. Tight packaging. Easy to carry through Terra Square, out to the patio, or home to the couch.
Order online or in store. Eat it there, take it to the patio, take it home, or wander the social district.
If you don't feel like leaving the couch, we'll come to you. Delivery options available.
We left the taps out on purpose. A box of Pinwheels is enough for the table, the patio, or the ride home.
We do have non-alcoholic drinks. Explore the NA options, so everyone in the family can find a new favorite.
